Online Simultaneous Interpreting Course

July 9, 2020

KL PMPT 2020 is back and we are ONLINE!

March 9, 2020

PMPT stands for Post MA Professional Training. It aims to train UK based MA students who are passionate about developing a career in the interpreting profession by providing insights into the real interpreters’ life. It is the only one of its kind on the market. After its first launch in 2016, KL’s annual Post MA Professional Training (PMPT) programme has been very popular. Each year, we hire more than 10 interpreters from PMPT. Some are given full-time contracts of varying durations, others are hired on an ad-hoc basis.

KL Communications (KL) is a leading interpreting and translating service provider based in the UK. The Managing Director, Dr Kevin Lin (OBE), has interpreted for the Queen and six successive Prime Ministers for the past twenty years. The KL team consist of the best and most seasoned interpreters on the market. When Chinese president Xi Jinping visited the UK in 2015, the interpreting tasks were carried out by the KL interpreter team.
