• This was my tenth Davos!
• China sent arguably the highest ranking official so far – a Vice President
• The first large display advert by a Chinese bank (see photo)
• The microblog Queen of China with 78 million followers was given a Crystal Award
• Foes turned into friends – the leaders of the two parts of Cyprus shook hands on stage to display shared aspiration for a united Cyprus
• The children of the Governor of the World Bank asked their father to do more about climate change
• The Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau declared himself a feminist
• David Cameron spoke eloquently without using auto cue – the only keynote speaker to do that.
• My train from Davos to Zurich was two minutes late.
