- Foes turned into friends – the leaders of the two parts of Cyprus shook hands on stage to display shared aspiration for a united Cyprus
- The children of the Governor of the World Bank asked their father to do more about climate change
- The Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau declared himself a feminist
- David Cameron spoke eloquently without using auto cue – the only keynote speaker to do that.
- My train from Davos to Zurich was two minutes late.
